Would just like to say a massive thank you for arranging the overnight accomodation for Lola our dog. Great communication from Bristol Pet Sitters and Mark and Anita could not have been nicer hosts. They had a great house and made Lola feel right at home there. We would definitely recommend them.

Essie absolutely loves her walks with you guys and she's always tired afterwards, which is a bonus for such an excitable dog! It helps break the day up for her and with another puppy on the way, I'm really pleased to have a service I can so heavily rely on, run by people I trust. There's never any hassle with changing plans or giving short notice. I am very grateful to have been recommended the service in the first place and hope Essie (and the new pup) can continue to use Bristol Pet Sitters long into the future.

Bristol Pet Sitters have delivered a first class service from the day they took over from a previous dog walker who let us down. They constantly keep us updated if there is anything we need to know or any issues with our dog. They are always flexible and respond promptly to any questions I have.

Most importantly I know my dog is looked after when with them and know I can trust him to their care.

Flossy, our two year old collie cross, had a great holiday at Vicky and Rob's. We knew she would be happy with them after the first meeting. We felt confident about leaving her over night and we were delighted to get texts, photos and updates about what she was doing and how she was getting on. I think it was like a holiday for her and I wasn't sure she wanted to come home! She struck up a good friendship with Duggy (their dog) and I think missed him afterwards.
Vicky and Rob seemed to know exactly how to handle Flossy and get to know her. They were relaxed, calm and highly professional as well as very friendly and warm. The service they provide is better than we could have hoped, it felt like Flossy was not only given excellent care but also 'love'. We will definitely be going back to them again.

You have looked after my 2 Rabbits Lola and Darren a few times now and I have been very impressed with the service you have provided. They have always looked clean and healthy and there hutch has always been kept clean when I have left them in your capable hands. I will be recommending you to my family and friends for future business as me and my boyfriend are very impressed with your service.

Thank you very much for all the hard work you have done with our dog Samba over the past few months. We have seen a big change in her behaviour when people come around to our house, as she no longer gets aggressive and barks at them she now just wants to play with them with her rope and sit at there feet waiting for treats to say “im being good now where’s my treat!” Also she does not charge at the door every time the door bell goes, she sits and waits at the bottom of the stairs until we say she can go and greet them. We have also seen a big change in her behaviour with other dogs whilst we have been leaving her with you while me and al are at work. She now knows how to greet other dogs and not just charge at them and bark which has made things a lot more enjoyable when out walking with her.

I will happily recommend your services to any of my family and friends in the future as we have both been very pleased with your service you have provided.
